Terms of use

Last updated: October 18, 2026 / Operator: Soichiro Takashima fan site administrator

These terms govern the use of the Soichiro Takashima Official Fan Site (https://19741101.com/ and the kids' site “Soichiro Takashima and Little Duck” at https://ahiru.19741101.com/; together, “the Site”), as set out below.

This page is a translation provided for reference only. If this translation and the Japanese original differ in any way, the Japanese original prevails.

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms apply to the use of the Site (including the kids' site “Soichiro Takashima and Little Duck”) and of Takashima Booster, the Site's membership program. The Site is an official fan site run by volunteers and is not operated by Soichiro Takashima himself or by Fukuoka City.

Article 2 (Takashima Booster)

Users become members of Takashima Booster by authenticating with their Google Account and being issued a Takashima Booster ID. The handling of members' information is set out in the Privacy policy.

Article 3 (Takashima Letter)

1. The Site sends members the Takashima Letter, an email newsletter with news such as announcements of new episodes of the podcast “Soichiro Takashima's Mochi no Ron,” to the email address of the Google Account used for authentication.

2. On the screen for issuing a Takashima Booster ID, the option “Receive the Takashima Letter (email newsletter)” is selected by default. If you do not wish to receive it, please deselect it before your ID is issued.

3. Members can stop receiving it at any time from their membership card settings or via the unsubscribe link in each email. Members can also start receiving it again from their membership card.

4. Members who are issued a Takashima Booster ID will be sent one notice of registration (a welcome email). Even if the Takashima Letter option was deselected when the ID was issued, this one notice will still be sent (but no Takashima Letter will be sent after that).

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following.

• Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site (such as unauthorized access or placing an excessive load on it)
• Manipulating game scores or leaderboards by improper means
• Impersonating another person

Article 5 (Changes, suspension, and termination of the Site)

The operator may, without notice, change the content of the Site or suspend or end its provision.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The operator is not liable for any damage suffered by users as a result of using the Site, except where the damage is caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 7 (Changes to these terms)

The operator may change these terms as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.
